Once in a while
Once in a while, we are delighted to welcome a winemaker to dinner at Bisque.
The Signature Menu is served fully arranged that evening, together with a broad selection from the winemaker’s portfolio. While your wines are poured, the winemaker tells you about their vineyards and their own wines, and there is every opportunity for you to ask questions.
The wines of that evening come from the wine cellar, where Sabrina keeps all her bottles at rest.
Suertes del Marqués - Tenerife
On Thursday 12 November we welcome
Jonatan García Lima, oenologist and the face of Suertes del Marqués, a family wine estate in the Orotava Valley on Tenerife.
Jonatan entered the world of wine with the vision of making wines his own family would love to drink. Under his leadership Suertes del Marqués has received numerous awards from international critics, and the prestigious magazine Wine & Spirits has included the estate in its list of the 100 best wineries in the world. Several of his wines are also on our wine list.

Doors open from 18:00 and dinner begins at 18:30. You are served the Signature Menu in five courses, fully arranged with a broad selection from the Suertes del Marqués portfolio, for 275,- per person.
We work with a seating plan that evening; tables for one to three people are limited.
